Terms of use
These terms apply when you use adaccountshield.com, including the free ad policy checker. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What the checker is
The checker estimates how likely Meta is to reject an ad, based on Meta's published Advertising Standards, and suggests changes. It is an estimate, not a decision from Meta. We can't see Meta's review systems, and a low score doesn't guarantee an ad will be approved or that an account won't be restricted. You are responsible for the ads you run and for following Meta's policies and the law.
Not affiliated with Meta
Ad Account Shield is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta, used here only to describe what the tool works with.
Fair use
- Don't use Ad Account Shield to get around Meta's enforcement, for example by hiding what an ad really promotes.
- Don't submit content that is illegal, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Don't try to get around the daily limits, overload the service, or scrape it with automated tools.
We may limit or block access if these rules are broken.
Your content
You keep ownership of the ads you submit. You give us permission to process them to run the check, and to store and use them to improve the checker, as described in our privacy policy. You can use the results and rewrites we give you however you like.
The service is provided as is
The free checker is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may make mistakes, change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, rejected ads or restricted accounts, arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. We'll change the date at the top when we do. Paid plans, when they launch, will come with their own terms.
