How do I use Meta Business Support Home?
Meta Business Support Home, formerly Account Quality, is where you see the status of your business portfolios, ad accounts and Pages, find rejected ads and restrictions, and request reviews. Open it on a computer, check the Outstanding issues for your accounts, and follow the steps it shows under What you can do.
When you need it
- You got an email saying an ad was rejected. Meta sends a link to Business Support Home, where the rejection reason is shown.“An email saying one of your ads was rejected, with a link to see why.”
- An ad account, Page or business portfolio is disabled or restricted from advertising and you need to see why and what you can do.“Ad account disabled” shown in Ads Manager.
- You want to request another review of an ad, ad set, campaign or catalog item you believe was rejected by mistake.“Several ads in one campaign rejected for the same reason.”
- Meta asks you to confirm your identity, complete verification or secure your account before a restricted account can advertise again.“A restricted ad account whose next step is to confirm your identity.”
- Someone claiming to be from Meta contacts you about a problem with your account. Business Support Home shows Meta’s real notifications, so you can check.“Your Page will be deleted in 24 hours unless you log in here.”
How to use it
- Go to facebook.com/business-support-home on a computer, logged in with the profile that manages the business.
- Pick the date range with the calendar icon at the top right: the last 14, 30 or 90 days.
- In Recent account issues, open the Outstanding tab to see current problems and the actions you can take. Resolved shows issues already closed.
- Click an account to see detail. For a restricted account, follow the steps under What you can do, which may include confirming your identity, completing verification, securing the account or requesting a review.
- For rejected ads, read the reason first. Request a review only if you believe the ad complies; otherwise edit the ad or create a new compliant one.
- Track the status of any review you requested in Business Support Home rather than resubmitting.
If an ad or account has a problem
- If an ad is rejected, select it in Business Support Home and click Request review only when you believe the rejection was wrong. Meta aims to decide within 48 hours.
- If an account is restricted for a policy violation, you may be able to request a review, but Meta says there is a limited number of times you can request one and the decision after review is final. You must be an admin on the account to request it.
- Do not open a new ad account or business portfolio to keep advertising while one is restricted. Work through the steps Meta shows for the restricted account instead.
- Treat messages that ask for your password or payment details as suspicious. Meta says its representatives never ask for these, and real notices about your account appear in Business Support Home.
Check your next ad before you upload it
Paste the copy and add the image or video. The free checker scores the rejection risk, points to the exact words at fault and the Meta policy behind each one, and suggests a safer version. It estimates risk; it isn't a decision from Meta.

This supplement ad combines a personal-attribute callout, a specific weight-loss result, guaranteed results, clickbait and a URL shortener, so it is very likely to be rejected.

6 issues found · tap a highlight to jump to it
“Are you struggling with belly fat?” · primary text
The ad asserts a personal characteristic about the viewer by addressing them directly about a body condition.
Fix: Our gummies are designed to support a healthy metabolism.
“helped Maria lose 12 kg in 3 weeks!!!” · primary text
A specific weight-loss amount within a short timeframe is an exaggerated, unrealistic result, and supplement ads must target 18+.
Fix: Remove the specific result; use a general statement such as 'Part of a balanced routine for healthy weight management.'
“GUARANTEED RESULTS” · headline
Guaranteed results are a prohibited claim for health and weight-loss products.
Fix: Use 'Start your wellness routine today' or remove the claim entirely.
“Doctors hate this one trick.” · primary text
This is classic clickbait, and the triple exclamation marks add to the sensational tone.
Fix: Replace with 'Learn how our gummies fit into a healthy routine.'
“See the before and after pics.” · primary text
Before-and-after comparisons for weight loss are high risk and draw rejection.
Fix: Remove the before-and-after reference and focus on the product's ingredients.
“https://bit.ly/slim-offer” · landing page
URL shorteners hide the true destination and are high risk, and can lead to account-level enforcement.
Fix: Use the full, direct landing page URL on the brand's own domain.

Also change: Link: replace the bit.ly shortener with the full, direct URL on your own brand domain, and make sure the landing page has no before-and-after photos, guaranteed-result claims or specific weight-loss numbers. Creative: remove any before-and-after images and any overlay text about kilos lost. Show the product or lifestyle shots instead, with overlay text like "Support your healthy routine". Set ad targeting to 18+.
Questions
Is Business Support Home the same as Account Quality?
Yes. Business Support Home is the current name, and links to facebook.com/accountquality open it. Some Meta pages still use the old name.
What can I see in Business Support Home?
The status of your business portfolios, ad accounts, commerce accounts, catalogs and Pages, plus rejected ads and catalog items, advertising restrictions, review requests and your feedback score. You can also contact support from there.
Can I request a review of a whole campaign?
Yes. Meta lets you select the ads, ad sets or campaigns you believe were incorrectly rejected and request a review for them in Business Support Home.
How do I know a message from “Meta” is real?
Check Business Support Home for notifications about your account, and check the sender’s domain. Meta says it only emails from domains such as facebook.com, fb.com, meta.com and facebookmail.com, and never asks for your password or payment details.
How long does an account restriction review take?
Meta says the review is typically completed in 48 hours, although it may take longer in some cases. If the restriction is lifted, ads that were running before do not restart on their own; you turn them back on in Meta Ads Manager.
Can your tool see my Business Support Home?
No. Our free checker at /check only looks at the ad copy, creative and link you give it. It has no access to your Meta accounts.
